What it is
BPC-157 and TB-500 together, formulated as a metered intranasal spray. The two are the most common regenerative pair in preclinical research; the nasal format is studied for systemic uptake without injection and for direct access to the nervous system.
Mechanism
BPC-157 acts on angiogenesis, growth-factor signalling and the nitric-oxide system; TB-500 regulates actin polymerisation and cell migration. Intranasal delivery is investigated for neuroprotective and recovery models.
Research areas
- Tissue repair and recovery
- Neuroprotection models
- Anti-inflammatory pathways
- Intranasal peptide delivery
Safety and metabolism
Both peptides are well tolerated in preclinical studies; see the vial pages for detail.
