What it is
Semax and Selank in one metered spray. Both were developed as nasal sprays, both act on BDNF and monoamine systems, and they are often studied together: Semax for attention and neuroprotection, Selank for anxiety and stress adaptation.
Mechanism
Semax increases BDNF and TrkB expression and modulates dopaminergic and serotonergic transmission; Selank modulates GABA-A receptors and enkephalin degradation. Both are rapidly taken up intranasally.
